The Dust-Free Sander is a key product in our offering. It reduces up to 90% of dust and mess for cleaner drywall sanding. Both the ergonomic design and the soft rubber grip help your hands stay comfortable, reducing the fatigue in the sanding process. Distinguished from common hand-held sanders, it needs to be connected with a vacuum machine, and the vacuum sander is to be used with sand screen only.

The Sandpaper used with the Dust-Free Sander has a Grit of 120, which is rough enough to handle sanding jobs from removing the uneven surfaces. All dust is sucked out through the sandpaper meshes and flows into the hose to the vacuum machine.

The 360° Pivoting Elbow and 6.5ft Hose allow for ease of use on vertical surfaces. The hose length is up to 6.5ft, long enough to work in construction spaces without any barriers. The sander also comes with an INTEGRATED ADAPTER FOR Φ1-1/4'' HOSES FOR MOST VACUUM CLEANERS.
